Lender Tracker ensures conveyancers are automatically alerted to any changes in part 2 of the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders’ Handbook for Conveyancers for a specific lender, during the conveyancing process. You have the ability to change the lender you are monitoring and if anything does change in Part 2 for your specific lender, you will be alerted via email and presented with a new report, highlighting the changes.
