Drainage & Water Search Technician Apprentice
PALI is recruiting a Drainage & Water Search Technician Apprentice.
The successful candidate will be working from Head Office in Wallasey.
This position is a full-time apprenticeship NVQ Level 3 Data Technician with Business Insights and Analytics. Minimum age of 16.
Job Description:
• Researching and investigating information on the internet
• Contacting Water Companies via telephone and email
• Answering queries from clients via telephone and email
• Compiling reports
• Use of company bespoke system
• Drawing and plotting maps.
Working week:
Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, half an hour for lunch. Total hours per week: 39.50
Required skills:
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident
• Excellent use of spelling and grammar
• Excellent computer skills
Qualifications required:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades 4 and above.
The starting salary is Apprentice National Minimum Wage which starts from £6.40 per hour (depending on age).
